Fraser started his long Real Estate career in 1965 with Bowes and Cocks Ltd in Lakefield. (back before they had yellow signs) Eventually Fraser and Vern Hamilton went on to start Hamilton and Hamilton Real Estate. It was located on the main St in Lakefield in the same building that now houses Re/Max Eastern Realty. After a successful 15 years in operation Hamilton and Hamilton was eventually bought out in 1995 by Re/Max Eastern Realty and Fraser has been with them ever since! Fraser has worked in all aspects of Real Estate from sales to managing a successful office to owning and operating several multi-family rental properties.
After completing his BA at Carleton University in Ottawa Craig started working in construction around Stoney Lake. Several years of construction experience has proved invaluable when looking at homes with clients. Knowing how a house is built is definitely important knowledge for a Realtor. In 1998, after completing the Real Estate licensing course Craig joined Re/Max in Lakefield where he has worked full time ever since. My experience includes working as a licensed Appraiser for a number of years, Real Estate sales, property management and building construction.
On a personal level we both enjoy the Stony Lake area year round whether it be swimming, boating, golfing, wakeboarding or cycling. The family farm is just off County Rd 6 near Warsaw. Since settling here from Scotland in the late 1800’s the Hamilton family has been working, playing and promoting the Lakefield/ Stony Lake area.
